I can see a man and a woman in the picture.
The man is throwing rubbish in public, and the woman standing next to him is stopping him and telling him to throw the garbage into the dustbin instead of littering everywhere. We accuse the man's actions, and highly praise what the women every one of us should protect here o doubt that did.
