本单元语法1: why和where引导的特殊疑问句
(1) why引导的特殊疑问句
问：Why +一般疑问句，询问原因
答：Because + 原因
Eg:Why do you like pandas? Because they are cute.
Eg:Why don’t you like lions? / Why doesn’t he like tigers?
注意：Why don’t/doesn’t sb like sth? 某人为什么不喜欢某物？
①表原因
Eg:Why don’t you like lions? / Why doesn’t he like tigers?
Because they are scary.
②表建议：Why don’t you do sth.= Why not do sth.? 为什么不......？
Eg: Look! The skirts are so beautiful. Why not buy one? 为啥不买一件呢？
=Why don’t you buy one?
(2) where引导的特殊疑问句
be from:“来自...”，be 随主语的变化而变化
come from:“来自...”，变否定句或疑问句要借助助动词：do/does.
(1) 问：Where be sth/sb from? 某物/人 来自哪里？
答：sb/sth be from +地点 . 某物/人 来自......
- 问：Where do/does sth/sb come from?
答：sth/sb come(s) from +地点.
Eg:A:Where are lions from? B:They are from South Africa.(南非)
A:Where do lions come from？ B:They come from South Africa.
Where is Tom from? = Where does Tom come from?
本单元语法2: 形容词
形容词: 用来说明人或物的性质、特征
(1) 作定语，
① 修饰名词，放在名词前：即(adj.+n.)
an interesting book a beautiful girl
② 修饰不定代词，放在其后：不定代词+adj.
不定代词:something某事/物 somebody/someone某人 someplace某地
Eg:I have something important to tell you. 我有重要的事情要告诉你
(2) 作表语
位于连系动词（如be, taste, look, sound）后，也可被程度副词修饰
常见程度副词：very非常 really确实 too太 kind of = a little稍微
Eg:The pandas are kind of interesting.
Tom likes koalas because they are really cute
