八上第一单元写作：如何进行人物描写
对人物描写的写作若有提示信息，就按照所给信息如实地去写。若没有提示信息，则应注意人物描写类文章的写作特点，即所描写的人物要具体，要有名有姓；情节描写要突出人物的主要特征，如人物的长相、工作、兴趣爱好、特长等，运用所学得词汇和句型尽可能把人物写得逼真，使情节有声有色。
例文：
假设你最好的朋友叫王林，请以“My best friend”为题写一篇80词左右的英语短文。
要求：1.外貌（高大英俊，戴着眼镜）性格（积极向上，热心肠）业余爱好（游泳、拉二胡）及未来打算（上大学，学习电脑知识）
2.运用多种时态对其现在、将来进行描述。
My best friend
Wang Lin is my best friend. He is tall and handsome. He has big eyes and short black hair. He wears glasses every day. He is active in everything. He has many hobbies, such as playing the erhu and swimming.

Now let me tell you something about the Spring Festival. It’s the most important festival in China. It usually comes in January or February. People usually get ready for it fifteen days before the festival. They begin to buy food, clothes and decorations for houses.
On Spring Festival Eve, families get together and they enjoy delicious food, talk and watch TV for almost the whole night. The children are the happiest of all because they can get presents and some money from their parents or relatives.
On the first day of the Spring Festival, people eat traditional food---dumplings. When they meet their neighbours or friends, they will say “Happy Spring Festival!” or some lucky words.
The Spring Festival finishes at Lantern Festival after two weeks. People usually eat a kind of rice dumplings called yuanxiao. It means that it can bring us good luck all the year round.
